Be comforted |
December 10, 2007 |
Koyinsola,
My sincere condolences to you and the entire Ajayi family on the demise of your beloved mother.
May the good Lord grant you the fortitude to bear the loss.
In the midst of all these, may you all find comfort in the love you shared, the good times you spent together, and the lasting memories of wonderful life together. Remember that the dew of grace falls heavily in the night of sorrow; the stars of promise shine gloriously amid the darkness of grief.
Take solace in the promises of the good Lord.
Remain blessed.

Dear Dr. Ajayi,
Though I never met your beloved mother while she was alive but one will not need to think hard to know that your enviable manner and comportment reflect your sound upbringing-i.e. a combination of the efforts of both your legendary dad and the good nurturing of your late mama.
As mama takes a deserved rest in the bossom of the Lord, it is my prayers that the Lord Almighty will give the fortitude to bear the loss to those that mama has left behind .
Omo rere a gbeyin gbogbo wa o (ameen).
Take heart brother!
Kamar Raji.

Dear Dr. Ajayi,
I never met your Mother but have read a bit of what family and friends have said of her life and person. I have met you and so have a personal experience of her life. She lived a good life and we give thanks to God.
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted". May all your family enter into the Lord's comfort, now and always.

Konyin & Ola,
Never met your mum, but I have from a distance observed with admiration as you and your siblings have carried yourselves in a manner that speaks of the most dignified, disciplined, and loving upbringing. You could have kept your head down and been equally as successful as you are but you have remained positively engaged with your environment in the many different ways that give meaning and significance to one's life. Nothing could be a greater legacy to the values your parents have espoused in public- and I am sure in private. May peace be hers forever.
